Hype Tees – Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hype Tees. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains when refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted.

This Policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States.


1. ALL SALES FINAL

Because most of our products are made to order or produced in limited runs, all sales are final, except as expressly stated below.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color, style, or design preference

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect size ordered (see Size Exchange Exception below)


2. SIZE EXCHANGE EXCEPTION (LIMITED)

We offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The design must still be available in the requested size

  • Only size changes are eligible (no style or color changes)

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange

To request a size exchange, contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Requested new size

  • Clear photos showing the item is unworn

We reserve the right to deny size exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.


3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence.

Approved claims will receive:

  • A replacement item or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Hype Tees covers shipping costs for approved defect or error claims.


4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items damaged by improper care

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


5. REFUNDS

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times vary by payment provider (typically 5–10 business days)

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless due to our error


6. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are limited to size exchanges only, as outlined above. We do not offer exchanges for color, style, or design changes.


7. SHIPPING ISSUES
  • We are not responsible for:

    • Carrier delays

    • Packages marked as delivered but not received

    • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

    Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.


8. REFUSED OR RETURNED PACKAGES

Orders that are refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.
