Welcome to HypeTees.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchases made from Hype Tees (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a business located in the State of Texas, United States.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY & U.S. ONLY SALES

This Site is intended for use only by customers located in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that:

  • You reside in the United States

  • You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement

We do not sell or ship products outside the United States.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

Hype Tees sells t-shirts, apparel, accessories, and related merchandise. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Modify or discontinue products

  • Change prices, designs, or descriptions at any time

3. SHOPIFY PLATFORM

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services. Shopify stores your data on secure servers protected by firewalls.

We do not control Shopify’s infrastructure or uptime.

4. PRICING, TAXES & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable sales tax will be collected as required by law.

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments or other Shopify-approved payment gateways. Payment information is encrypted using SSL technology. We do not store full credit card numbers.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Inventory issues

  • Fraud prevention concerns

If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We ship only within the United States.

    Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Site content — including designs, artwork, logos, images, text, and graphics — is owned by Hype Tees or its licensors and protected by U.S. intellectual property laws.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Texas.
